Ant is a happily married father of two. He has a passed down knowledge from family learnings spanning over 20 years, consisting of tiling and remodeling structural and aesthetic alike. He has an electrical diploma from one of the best tech schools in the country as well as an EPA certification and years of mechanical experience, which helps him to access more than just the wood work that happens on the job, but all aspects of the project as well as overseeing all of our contractors but being immersed in the day to day projects and general practices. Ants focus is quality over quantity, quality vs speed, and overall finish product. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from the rest, his ability to see your vision and make it come to life is a skill he possesses and is always willing to go the extra mile with the customer to make their vision come to life. Bill Fain is a real estate investor, instructor and broker/owner of Fantastic Real Estate + Investments based in Southern New England. He is a founder and general partner of the real estate investment group, JB Cubed. He holds several real estate investments; single family residential, multifamily and commercial, in a personal limited liability company. He manages his own investments as well as managing for others. Everything from single family houses to entire condominium associations. Bill recently took an underperforming portfolio of rental units in several buildings and increased the return by 8.56% in less than one year. Bill is also a founding partner and Director of Education for the Rhode Island School of Real Estate. RI School of Real Estate educates consumers and real estate professionals with Sales Pre-License, Broker Pre-License and Continuing Education in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Growing up with her parents, who were superintendents of an apartment building, she gained valuable skills in property management and maintenance. Her father taught her practical skills such as tree service, painting, and carpentry. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Rhode Island, specializing in sculptures and mosaics, and had the enriching experience of living a semester abroad in Australia. Following graduation, she excelled as a top salesperson for Stryve Biltong before spending five years in the beverage industry, where she immersed herself in the world of specialty wines, liquors, and beers through retail and bartending. An avid adventurer, Ashley has traveled extensively across the U.S. visiting National Parks and even got engaged in New Zealand. In her leisure time, she enjoys kayaking, one-wheeling, geocaching, hiking, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Now dedicating her professional time to business development, residential & commercial development, and being a versatile role in administration, she finds it gratifying to be able to use all her skills while still leaving room to acquire new ones.
