Throughout his career, he’s incorporated investment, and strategic project management into his high-value real estate transactions in development.

Daniel is a skilled venture capitalist, with a proven track record of successful investments in the sports sector which include promising startups. He was an early investor into a business that was recognized by Forbes as a “Top 30 Most Promising Company.” With multiple successful exits in the VC space, including selling a company to Fox Sports, the world of business and sports became his specialty. He has structured 2 national football leagues and continues to modernize the sports industry with a focus on benefiting athletes and inspired youths.

Ant is a happily married father of two. He has a passed down knowledge from family learnings spanning over 20 years, consisting of tiling and remodeling structural and aesthetic alike. He has an electrical diploma from one of the best tech schools in the country as well as an EPA certification and years of mechanical experience, which helps him to access more than just the wood work that happens on the job, but all aspects of the project as well as overseeing all of our contractors but being immersed in the day to day projects and general practices. Ants focus is quality over quantity, quality vs speed, and overall finish product. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from the rest, his ability to see your vision and make it come to life is a skill he possesses and is always willing to go the extra mile with the customer to make their vision come to life. Ant’s projects have been featured on the cover of at least 3 of Rhode Island’s Home life Magazines. With his and his team’s experience of working with historic remodels and modern as well there is no task he isn’t willing to take on, from a 1760 remodel to a 1991 refresh. Born and raised in San Diego, James is a proud Navy veteran with a diverse career that spans multiple industries and roles. His journey began on the decks of submarines, where he served in food service and learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail. This experience laid a strong foundation for his transition into various leadership and operational roles over the years. After his military service, James settled in New England and moved into human resources, operations, project coordination, event planning, and marketing, building a well-rounded skill set and a reputation for tackling challenges with a solutions-oriented approach. He loves taking on new projects, thrives under pressure and loves the challenge of a new task that he has never taken on before. His adaptability and dedication have made him an asset in every role he’s undertaken, from streamlining operations to driving innovative marketing campaigns. With a unique blend of military discipline, professionalism, and a love for family and adventure, James continues to inspire those around him, balancing his career with a fulfilling personal life.

Bill Fain is a real estate investor, instructor and broker/owner of Fantastic Real Estate + Investments based in Southern New England. He is a founder and general partner of the real estate investment group, JB Cubed. He holds several real estate investments; single family residential, multifamily and commercial, in a personal limited liability company. He manages his own investments as well as managing for others. Everything from single family houses to entire condominium associations. Bill recently took an underperforming portfolio of rental units in several buildings and increased the return by 8.56% in less than one year. Bill is also a founding partner and Director of Education for the Rhode Island School of Real Estate. RI School of Real Estate educates consumers and real estate professionals with Sales Pre-License, Broker Pre-License and Continuing Education in Rhode Island and Connecticut. A former professional Disc Jockey and guitarist for several bands, Bill has focused professionally on the real estate industry since 1989.

Bill is a long-time advocate of private property rights speaking on behalf of private property owners. He has conducted seminars on selling, buying, investing, managing, and marketing properties. He has always held a contrarian view of conventional methods and yet is considered a trusted real estate resource returning industry superior gains for his clients. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and is a licensed real estate broker in 4 states.

Ashley is a dynamic coordinator and administrative assistant with a diverse background across various industries, continually inspired by new connections she makes. Growing up with her parents, who were superintendents of an apartment building, she gained valuable skills in property management and maintenance. Her father taught her practical skills such as tree service, painting, and carpentry. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Rhode Island, specializing in sculptures and mosaics, and had the enriching experience of living a semester abroad in Australia. Following graduation, she excelled as a top salesperson for Stryve Biltong before spending five years in the beverage industry, where she immersed herself in the world of specialty wines, liquors, and beers through retail and bartending. An avid adventurer, Ashley has traveled extensively across the U.S. visiting National Parks and even got engaged in New Zealand. In her leisure time, she enjoys kayaking, one-wheeling, geocaching, hiking, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Now dedicating her professional time to business development, residential & commercial development, and being a versatile role in administration, she finds it gratifying to be able to use all her skills while still leaving room to acquire new ones.

Laura Zurita is an interior designer with an international background and a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to residential design. Originally from Mexico and now based in Rhode Island, she brings a global perspective shaped by both creativity and hands-on experience. Laura supports projects through design development, layouts, documentation, and execution, with a strong understanding of how interiors connect with architecture, construction, and custom millwork. She also owns and operates a design firm in Mexico, giving her a unique ability to navigate projects across cultures, timelines, and design standards with ease.

At Sentry Point Development Group, Laura works closely with clients and project teams to translate ideas into clear, well-organized designs that feel both elevated and personal. She is known for her collaborative nature, adaptability, and structured approach—helping make the design process feel seamless and enjoyable. Outside of work, Laura values balance and continuous growth. She enjoys fitness, crafting, and building systems that bring clarity and efficiency—principles that naturally carry into the spaces she designs.
